We collect the information you provide when you register (company and contact details), the data you enter into your workspace, and technical information such as IP address and usage logs required to operate the service securely.
To provide and improve the service, process payments, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Each customer workspace is logically isolated. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging. You control your users' access.
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data. Full workspace export (JSON & CSV) is available on request.
We retain your data for the life of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is archived and then deleted.
