Merci CRM is offered on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial. Fees are billed per your chosen plan and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
